I buy certain things from them.  The nicest thing about buying from 
CompUsa is the no questions asked money back.

I bought a router to give to a friend (cost = 39.95 + tax  minus $40 in 
rebates).  I went over to her house to set it up and the unit was 
defective -- couldn't even communicate with it using the browser. 

Took it back, had my money back on my card in 5 minutes.

The main thing is to not expect ANY intelligent help.  The store walkers 
don't know sh*t about computers.  If you know exactly what you want and 
stay on top of mail in rebates their prices on special items are 
competitive...
