Just to jump in here, REALsoftware released their second of four planned
releases of the year today; RB2007 release 2. It features an
incremental compiler, improvements to the code editor, and lots of
enhancements to the debugger. The debugger really needed some
improvements. I was spoiled by the debugger in VFP comparatively.

A good sign about RB is that RB2007R2 was developed using RB2007R1, and
RB2007R3 is being developed using RB2007R2. Eating your own dog food is
a good sign.

I can't wait to try out the new goodies.
