Oh it has a lot but for serious work it doesn't help when you can't 
develop for remote databases (if you use their system an not the 
enterprise model via something like Castle).  No addins or macros(!), no 
SQL server integration/exploring, no unit testing/profiling or 
optimisation and no crystal reports and no class designer.

It is a great starting tool and creating comercial software is easy 
enough (although I would read that licence agreement first) it just 
lacks the refinements of the later versions.  It is like using 
Professional 10 years ago.

It is a good way to start working with c# (or VB.Net).  It is how I 
learnt the language when I couldn't afford to buy the full system.
