What I'm doing on ProFox is learning different programming languages and programs as I am interested in getting into the computer industry, and am in a Internship With Mr. Gilbert Hale ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) where he is teaching me all that he knows about the computer industry, programming, running a successful small (if that's what you would call it with clients from California to Puerto Rico to New York.) I figured the best way to learn is to join one of the best mailing groups and just read the posts and try to pick up something and learn over time and soon it will start to make more and more sense. Right now I am a Student at Victor Senior High School in Victor NY, 14564 where I am a senior graduating High School a year early from the rest of what class I should be in. I also own a small computer business in my area that fixes and repairs computers. I am hoping to expand the business into a successful company. I have a few ideas on what I want to turn the company into, but am not completely sure on exactly what I want it to grow into. About two or three years ago I met Mr. Gilbert Hale and started to go to his place of business and would learn and absorb everything he could teach me. After a bit of time, I realized I could officially continue with the "unofficial internship" with my school and get school credit for the hours that I am learning there. So for about a year and a half to two years I have been driving a half hour one way to his place of business every other Saturday and any days I have off from school to learn from my great Mentor; Thanks Gil! Most of the time that I am there he would be programming in FoxPro and he would explain to what things mean and what his shortcuts are and his trick of programming of how he would name things. That led me to joining the Mailing group to learn from others.
