Is 2GB really that much? I wouldn't build a system these days, even

I moved all my developemnt and production PCs to 2Gb the other week. My
servers are all at 1Gb still, but lightly used with little foreground tasks
to speak of. My laptop is 1Gb, but I am planning to go 2Gb on that as well.
The 2Gb was more for 2000 Pro and XP Pro with more Virtual PCs, although one
PC is a dual boot Vista Ultimate (MDSN), which runs so much slower in Vista
than 2000 Pro.
