And my 2 cents from a guy who's getting divorced:  people need to be 
instructed better on the commitment of marriage and shouldn't enter into 
the agreement if they don't think they can fulfill that commitment.  
Likewise, there needs to be mandatory counseling prior to a divorce 
being granted, so as to hopefully salvage the relationship if possible 
and thus avoid a wasted investment.  Also, spouses who cheat should be 
held liable or at least not be allowed to collect anything in the 
divorce settlement.
