Ken,
I only mentioned this because we have experienced your original error on 
new machines where the default temps were still in place... not all the 
temp files follow the VFP "working directory". It doesn't hurt to get 
rid of them. I keyed in on this simply because you said it only happens 
on a few machines...
It doesn't hurt to try and it does clean up those machines by getting 
rid of the ridiculous MS default profile temp folder reference in the 
Environment Variables...
