The letter refers to undocumented workers taking advantage of services and
demanding rights and medical care. That's not what happens, though. The
reality is that undocumented workers generally go to facilities that accept
cash payments for care if and when they receive care, and are reluctant to
even take advantage of the services for which they are qualified.

Some do take advantage. Perhaps someone should post a bit of research on
what percentages actually receive any kind of help or support.
