I have zero PortABar experience. <g> By contract, I can neither bring food nor drink to the event other than what is purchased through the hotel.
That being said, I have placed John Koziol and Ed Leafe in charge of organizing said "device of indulgence". Get to it! I am, however, talking with the hotel to lower the hotel rooms back to $69 a night which is the same it was last year. They've guaranteed me $74 a night but their on-line price is $69. Makes me mad! The hotel is very nice, especially at that price point.
