Not quite full health. I have to be careful with any lifting, crawling around under desks, pulling cable, stretching, etc. It does not take much to get the numbness going again, and the left hand (index and large finger, & thumb) are persistently in a state where the sensation of touch is noticeably dull, not quite numb until I push things. Typing for relatively long periods of time (30 minutes or more) causes the numbness to creep in for a few hours also, but I think it is more of a posture thing than use of fingers thing.
But, that said, it is more of a "less bad" thing, as opposed to better. My doc still advises it is a lifetime condition, and degenerative. So, all those things that cause the numbness to flare I ought not be doing. I try, but it is so hard to not do those things I love to do.
