They are nice however the IR is a completely stand alone box, no amp needed and is a lot cheaper given that i'm running it in the kitchen. Also have 2* Dlink DSM-320 in the lounge and office, 2 * Dlink DSM-320RD in the den, and our bedroom with a Sony NAS-cz1 in my elder sons room. I do like the look of the transporter for my office but have gone with the Dlink kit as they allow me to stream video as well.
All run off Twonky media over Server 2003 R2 on a Dell SC420 with 1TB of mirrored disk over wired Gigabit. The server was from when Dell did a special one day offer at £99, 500 GB disks are now cheap and 2003R2 was from the action pack. I'd just like to stream the Satellite through the same network as it currently has it's own smaller slower setup! ::a -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Brian Abbott Sent: 04 May 2007 09:24 To: [email protected] Subject: [NF] Re: BBC Radio on wmp All that and much more with one of these: http://www.slimdevices.com/ Adam Buckland wrote: > As the Logik is a stand alone device it doesn't worry me. > > > http://stuff.tv/news/id-1626/default.aspx > > -- Cheers ============ Brian Abbott ============ [excessive quoting removed by server] _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/%(messageid)s ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
