Couple of WAG's:

You didn't just copy the image straight to a CD did you? You have to use a
program to write the contents of the image to the CD.

Is your CD set as the first item in the boot list? Does it ever say
something like 'press any key to boot from cd'?

I haven't played with Win2k3Enterprise, so I can't help much there...

Am I missing something really obvious here???

Formatted drive....

Downloaded the img file, burned to CD (three times), set computer to have
CD/ROM in boot list... Setup never appears...

Boot to Win98 floppy, try to access the CD... can see it just fine...
attempt to run Setup and it says it can't be run from DOS.

The instructions say to just burn the image and boot to the CD, but it just
ain't happening....

I'll be the first to admit to being a moron, but this should be within even
my meager talents...

Any help out there?
