Since I've been TIVO'ing for a long time, I seldom catch commercials these days, but I happened to be watching live tv and caught (what I assume is) a fairly new ad where the Mac & PC guy are talking about Vista, with the Vista wheel of choices!
I laughed my head off, not so much because the ad was all that funny, but rather, at how perfectly the ad captures the essence of what I consider to be the "other" major Vista debacle. I stated a long time ago what a completely moronic move it was to offer so many confusing choices for Vista by MS, and I simply love the fact that the geniuses doing the Mac marketing caught onto the situation and turned it into yet another brilliant commercial bashing the pc. In fact, the entire series of ads featuring these two guys has been absolutely brilliant in my opinion, some of the smartest and most clever advertising done in a long time. Did anyone else see this Vista bashing ad and think it was as terrific as I do? FWIW - I'm not a Mac guy, never owned one, and only very recently considered doing so.
