Regular Expressions are the way to go for a bullet-proof solution, but
I included an all-FoxPro solution with my "Outlook Automation" session
I gave at DevCon in 2002, a mere half-decade ago. Perhaps you can find
someone who still has the source code. Wayne Willingham wrote the
code, and graciously allowed me to include it with my DevCon
materials.
