Click the start button, type cmd, Vista will display cmd.exe above, right-click and run as administrator.
I feel the same way. Strange thing is. I'm running Vista Business attached to an AD domain. If the network administrator logs into the box, all the UAC stuff is gone. I verified my account and I'm supposedly an administrator.. Pretty damn bad when you're an administrator and you can't even administrate your own computer Virgil Bierschwale http://www.bierschwalesolutions.com http://www.jobsforourfuture.com/index.php _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/[EMAIL PROTECTED] ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
