Click the start button, type cmd, Vista will display cmd.exe above,
right-click and run as administrator.

I feel the same way. Strange thing is. I'm running Vista Business attached
to an AD domain. If the network administrator logs into the box, all the UAC
stuff is gone. No questions, it just does it.
