People have invested thousands of hours learning
Windows, they're not going to bother to learn another
OS.

For Linux desktop to thrive, there's going to have to
be a reason to switch.

For servers, there's a reason.   Performance,
Reliability and price.

For desktops, there is no reason to switch.
