You could install your own smtp server on the same machine with blat.. with win xp you can just add it, or download something free like mailenable. There are lots of free smtp servers you could use.. Just make sure that your sending from name is in fact valid..
Your isp's smtp,who knows what they might or might not do.. Personally I never use my isp's email or smpt service, other than to collect my montly statement from them.
