Well.... there's your problem... it's Vista!!

It might have something to do with access rights and the rights you give for
access to the HDD or the user name and password you are using to connect to the
HDD as in you may need to type in "administrator" instead of your user name even
if your user name has administrative rights.

I got this new notebook w VHP. I integrated it to my home lan.
I checked everybox I could find, I can see the others computers and
even the VHP can be seen but not accessed.
Oh, I can access the public folder but I want access to a drive,
what am I missing here ?
