Create a Windows printer, use the 'Generic/Text only' driver, and
point it to the com port. You can then do a set printer to command in
VFP and use "???" and "SET DEVICE TO PRINTER" and use @SAY's to do
formatted printing to the printer. This is used as the raw method of
printing to receipt printers. If your printer is a receipt printer,
there's also an object-oriented "oPOS" object likely available,
however we don't have that as we still have legacy printing code and
last we checked printing was slower using the object.
