Hi Michael! It is in the desert, with all sort of linings and containers, far from any water - and monitored by security personnel. The stuff is supposed to be contained for a given number of hundreds of years at which time there may be a use for the stuff or there may be a better means of containment. Probably just put the old container into a newer, larger container without even opening it - if they are thinking. Yeah, every now and then some scientist will kill himself checking out some theory or another, but scientists do that now.
