Crystal Reports and I have locked horns in the past. When Crystal Reports
8.5 exports to a Word document, our clients that run Office 2007 have this
problem. Glad it helped.

After a bit more testing I found the createobject("word.application")
automation would not work when it was tied in with the Crystal Reports,
otherwise, by itself it was okay.
Adding the folder the file was created in to the "Trusted" locations table
worked Tracy.
I'm guessing Crystal "added" something to the document that made Word 2007
skeptical about its security.
