Lets talk about Nicaragua. Killing civilians (peasants), is it terrorism or guerilla warfare? Because it was a common thing for the 'Contras' to do. Or civilians must be killed by a bomb to be terrorism? And if the one who plants the bomb has a uniform then he is not a terrorist? Are those civilians then collateral damage?
