I agree! Reminds me of Ted Kennedy's nephew--who was a U.S. House of Rep. guy iirc, who should have been charged with DUI/DWI but was let off because of his name. He alleges that he was going to a critical House vote at 2am in the morning....oh yeah, and he recently changed his medication.
