Even though I am an experienced developer, I use "my people" for hardware and installing Os's on the machines. Having said that, I have SBS 2003 as my server and it was very easy to install and is very reliable. I use it as a pure data file server and have exchange running (which I don't understand but it works great?). I would recommend it. I use MSSQLServer and PostgreSQL by the way.
