I can understand you not liking plastic where there are better/more aesthetic/natural alternatives - but what about those applications of plastics (some of them literally life-saving) for which there are no alternatives ? And where does this irrational, morbid dislike of "plastic" stem from ? Did you perhaps have an unpleasant experience with a plastic dummy (aka pacifier) as a child (or perhaps later, as an adolescent) ?
