Probably a better version of that plan would be to get a book on
Python, or follow the tutorials on python.org so that you get a good
feel for Python. While it's a very readable language that isn't all
that dissimilar to a Fox eye, the better you are at Python, the
easier Dabo will be to pick up.

Don't know if you know John Fabiani and Larry Long, but they are a
couple of Fox guys who are finishing up a project for a client, and
have been very pleased with the results. I'm hoping John can put
together a screencast of some of the more interesting parts of the
project so that others can see the cool stuff that is possible with
Dabo.
