We use Hylafax, but like Ted our use is for a small enterprise (40 employees of which only about 5 ever use the thing). Once it's set up - it just works.... I've been disappointed with our choice of the client for the user desktop, but that doesn't have anything to do w/ Hylafax. We're using something called WHFC - I've glanced at other options but never really tried to test anything out. "Robust" is not a word I would use to describe WHFC. Matthew S.
