Take a look at the free ftp Server from Rhinosoft, at http://www.rhinosoft.com/
I use their Professional version, but know one person using the free version. Works well. If you have a dynamic IP from your ISP you may need to subscribe to a service that keeps track of any changes for you. Some of these services offer a free package, with limitations, but the price is right. I pay $20/year for a premium service that resolves my Dynamic WAN IP with my gilhale.dnsalias.com domain (www.dyndns.com). Good luck!
