It takes too to make confusion. Perhaps she thinks she's giving you
something to do, or a hobby you enjoy. She'll probably be really
embarassed if you explain that people pay you to do this kind of work,
so be tactful. "I took a look at your computers and they'll take far
more time and resources than I could do just as a favor. The cost for
me to repair them would be about $ xxx/hour, but it would probably be
better for you to save your money and buy something newer. In that
case, you'll need to take these back, as there's a cost to recycle
them."
