Are we talking about local views (VFP backend), remote views (non-VFP
backend), or just the concept of views in general? Charlie Coleman uses
a concept where he does SPT to get cursors and then makes the updates
himself (via code) instead of dealing with views. I'm doing that
somewhat anymore too with non-VFP backends (in my case, MySQL).
