Where do you get this stuff? Why in the world would China want to own everything? Economics is a two-way street. I remember a few years ago everyone was panicked that Japan was buying up everything is sight in the U.S. Property in New York City was out of sight. All of a sudden there was a big reversal. Japanese companies had to sell their properties at fire sale prices because the world economy shrank and Japan went into a recession.
China has enormous problems with their economy right now. Tremendous poverty and wealth is not distributed fairly. Why would you assume that they will continue straight up like they have been going? Everything goes in cycles.
