That's odd, I had very pleasant multiple dealings with them. I never 
got charged for anything I didn't order, and despite a lot of emails 
with tons of offers (my only gripe), I've gotten a lot of great stuff 
from them for really cheap. The one time I had to actually call them, 
was because a coupon/discount I had been emailed was not coming up on 
their system, but they were easy to work with to get the discount for 
me anyway.
