I can't be the only one with this problem. I have Carbonite backup, AVG Antivirus and Windows Defender anti-spyware software.
Inevitably one kicks in and stops the computer cold. Why is it that none of these products has a way of only grabbing a small part of the CPU? I try to schedule the Antivirus and Antispyware to work in the early morning, but if the computer is shut off, they immediately start up at boot up. The carbonite I can pause for 24 hours at a time, but it would be nice if I could schedule that on off hours too. Does anyone else have similar problems? _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/[EMAIL PROTECTED] ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
