Can't you claim money or extra 'rental' from Skype for lack of service?

Looks like it's fixed now.  I bet they lost some customers - they took
FAR too long to fix this.  The rumour is it was caused by a denial of
service exploit.

We use Skype to communicate between offices (UK, Sweden, Norway,
Ireland & South Africa mostly).  Saves lots in phone bills.
