It's not Fox, it's not tech, but it is related to the business of
computing/consulting. We've had the discussion here a few times about
how much work to do upfront for a client as part of submitting a bid
for a project. While it's not specifically tech, the sample letter
supplied by the AIGA hits the target in describing what the problems
are with this way of working with a client:
