ALL of the above links work from here. (NY). The only problem I saw was
the link takes you to a "click to enter" page, which you then have to
click to go to the real page. Why? For the love of heaven, WHY? :-)

The number on their site is: 1-800-553-8470. They make you read this,
first:

  "Important Information Before Calling Us

      Need Technical Support?

PLEASE DO NOT CALL unless you have a corresponding support ticket or
have at least sent us an email regarding your issue. Otherwise, your
non-emergency calls and messages will automatically be placed at the
bottom of the queue. We answer _support_ emails FAST, faster than most
of our competitors, but we give low priority to phone calls except in
the case of emergency situations, which are defined below.

Why? It is more expensive to provide support by phone than it is by
email, and most inquiries can be answered more quickly and thoroughly
through Live Help or email anyway. Thank you for keeping our overhead
low and our prices competitive by not abusing the 800 number with
non-emergency issues."

If you want, I'll foward an email from you, to them. (Aren't we
Colonials the most helpful people?) :-)
