Thanks Vince and John The sites came up about an hour after I emailed ProFox and I didn't get back to the office to look at mail till now.
As far as the click to enter, I take your point and will get my web site programmer to look at it on Saturday. I think it dates back to when it used to be hosted with easyspace and they put there logos etc at the bottom of the page. So we put a basic page for that and then had much more stuff on the linked page. Thanks for the help, will make a note of the tel. no. just in case but will probably change to a UK supplier as this is the third time I have had problems recently.
