The Religious Righters, and perhap you to some extent, are very isolationist. First the Religious Righters would put up a fence to keep out illegal immigrants. Once the fence was built, it would next be used to keep out those who wanted to immigrate legally. Next it would be used to keep out international visitors and vacationors with legal passports, and finally it would be used to keep American from leaving the country. That the way extreme happen, one little baby step at a time.
