Main differences:
1) Edit history of all contributions, both who and what
2) Clearly separated articles and discussion
3) Skinnable and scriptable

Lesser difference:
All contributions are licensed under the GFDL. I'm not sure what the
terms are for Steven's wiki, so I can't do a direct comparison.
