That is my impression, too. Trouble is, they (arguably) should have done this kind of stuff 15 years ago when there *were* more absolute PC novices. For anybody with a modicum of experience, this stuff is, well, more than frustrating. My Dearest One, of whose computer skills I make much sport, is really a pretty "normal" user.
