I had some hard drive sectors go bad on me, and (seem to have) successfully recovered them with spinrite. Some of the files on those sectors were damaged though, and I keep getting an error on startup about General Hosting services failing. Problem is, I don't know what file that is. Is there some way to have windows (XP, SP2) check and repair system files? Thanks!
