I just came from the meeting with the insurance company. The problem
is that the certificate was issued for the production site not the
test site. Since I have to do tests first until they are satisfied
and send me the link for the production site, they told me that I need
to "programatically by-pass" the certificate. They will send me the
code and wsdl because the one I'm using locally apparently was somehow
altered by the browser.
