WTF?  This is a business that buys assets of another entity for whatever
reason.  They can extract the patents, or the people, or just the leases.
Past that there is no loyalty to anyone or anything.

So what?  It is like those stupid ads on TV where Coke Zero is interviewing
attorneys to sue Coke.

It is their product just like you own your own property.  If you choose to
keep the property, say a house, improved then fine.  If you live in it and
don't fix it up over time so what it is yours.
