Oooh....does this hurt M$?  They tried to create a rival format to PDF 
and also trying to get it ISO-endorsed, iirc.  Now I can see their 
motivation...they wanted to beat out Adobe (which seems unrealistic imo 
since PDFs are ubiquitous).
