Actually they quietly spin and generate electricity.  I saw a bunch of them in 
Holland about twenty years ago, set up along the coast.  They didn't bother 
anyone and just did their job.  

I agree that no one wants an eyesore around their property, but if that is the 
case, it amply displays the hypocrisy of the environmental whackos.  They want 
their place to be nice, but everyone else needs to sacrifice driving real cars 
(or SUVs, if you prefer).  These people are just as self serving as Teddy 
Kennedy when he was driving them away from his yachting turf.

If all we are concerned about is clean energy, why fight it?  Ah, but there is 
the answer, sufficient clean energy let's us continue to enjoy our standard of 
living.
