Company standard with the full version they have already and they don't want to 
give in to Adobe's
outrageous licensing costs to upgrade the full version they have now. It is not 
just one license,
they have one for everyone in the company. It is a simple emotional business 
decision they have
made. Sure it is easy to upgrade the reader to the latest version, but Adobe is 
basically ticked
them off so they are voting with their wallet.
