I *believe* so, in the Pro (extra $$, but not too $) version.  You can 
drop by their website to confirm.  I've just been using the reader for 
several months, and am getting to the point of "gee, it would be nice 
not to have to switch to Adobe just to do this one little merge 
feature.  Maybe I'll upgrade.")
