-----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Jeff Johnson Sent: Tuesday, December 18, 2007 1:11 PM To: [email protected] Subject: weird Network Problem I have an application that is using data tables on a network drive. There are several users in several locations spread from Florida to Hawaii. The data tables are on a file server near San Francisco. After many years of successful use one site is having a problem. Error 1105 Error writing to file. It happens on one file when I close a table by issuing: IF USED('mytable') USE IN mytable ENDIF The CDX appears to be written to disk but the DBF isn't. It is also not consistent. The procedure completed successfully earlier this week, where it happened consistently last week and again today. The file is a little bit bigger when it fails, but it is not a very big file. Maybe 100 to 200K. This also shows a windows error in the task bar. Any ideas? Has anyone seen this? -- Jeff Jeff Johnson [EMAIL PROTECTED] SanDC, Inc. 623-582-0323 Fax 623-869-0675 [excessive quoting removed by server] _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/[EMAIL PROTECTED]@shelbynet.com ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
