Hello Michael, You were correct with your suggestion for the fix ... A couple of months ago I had a client that report my program would lock up on his new computers. After much effort trying to fix the problem and them blaming it on my program, it has been fixed by turning off the virus protection on the workstations.
That is probably not the best fix, but it is working and yes, I did let them know it was not my program that was causing the problems.
