Quite amazing that one really. Out of the blue - without much previous diesel experience - they produce one of the best & most advanced derv drinkers. Gives credit to the accolade 'probable the best engine builder in the world' (Car years ago). Driven the thing in two guises - civic & accord - and really liked it. Still prefer my S2000 though BTW Peugeot & Mercedes have been building diesel cars since donkey years long before VW made it 1st diesel offering. In fact if one saw a taxi in the early 60ties it was a merc or a peugeot.
